Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

     Non-returnable items:

  • Downloadable software products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • DVD that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

    Refunds

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    Late or missing refunds

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sa***@cu********.uk

Sale items

We will exchange the sale price of a sale item.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sa***@cu********.uk and send your item to: our address below.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

What we collect

This site is hosted by BIG COMMERCE which provides our online store and E-commerce services. Using the tools provided to us we use it to get the information we require to provide the goods that you want to buy. In the first instance we require:

  • Your contact information including email address and telephone number
  • Demographic information such as postcode

What we do with the information we gather

We require this information to process your order and deliver your goods and provide you with an efficient service, and in particular for the following reasons:

  • Internal record keeping
  • Security

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

  • Financial Information:We use a third party payment platform to obtain your payment for our goods. We use PAYPAL, and this website passes some of the information it collects to Paypal e.g. address information.  We do not hold credit card details or other payment information you provide.  This is collected by PAYPAL via their secure payment process, and your payment details are stored on their servers.

    We do not have access to your financial information, but through PAYPAL and BIG COMMERCE we have access to your name, email, invoice and delivery addresses and a telephone number. All of which allow us to fulfil our responsibilty to you as our customer.

     

 

Controlling your personal information

We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so.

You may request details of personal information which we hold about you under the Data Protection Act 1998 and now the EU GDPR rules which come into eefect on 25th May 2018 . No fee is required. If you would like a copy of the information held on you please write to Educational Solutions (UK) Ltd or contact us via our website.

If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please write to or email us as soon as possible, at the above address. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.

How we use cookies

TERMS OF SERVICE

  1. PRICES

Whilst we do our best to keep any price rises to a minimum, we reserve the right to increase our prices at any time. Should we do so, we will contact you on receipt of your order with details of the increase, giving you the opportunity to cancel your order should you wish to do so.

Should your payment not clear then we may, in addition to any other rights we have we may:

  • suspend delivery of the product ordered or any part of them until payment has been cleared
  • legally recover those products already delivered to you from you or from your premises at any reasonable time and retain ownership until payment is accepted.
  • pass on to you any charges we incur in obtaining clearance of your payment.

Should we not pursue any of these rights immediately we will still retain the right to do so later if we so wish. You will not own the products until your payment for them has cleared.

  1. VAT

UK VAT is calculated at the prevailing rate at date of invoice. Should the prevailing rate of VAT change from that used in our publications, calculations will be based on new rates and charged to you accordingly.

SINCE BREXIT WE DO NOT CHARGE VAT ON ORDERS FOR EU REGIONS. WE COMPLETE UK PAPERWORK FOR EXPORT. YOU MAY BE CHARGED AN IMPORT TAX IN YOUR OWN COUNTRY BEFORE YOUR GOODS ARE RELEASED.

  1. Delivery and charges

Delivery to UK addresses normally takes 3 working days from the date of despatch of your order by us. It is made through independent carriers. The independent carrier may require a signature from you on receipt of your order.

If you do not receive your order within 7 days of making your order, please contact us.

 

 

Should your order arrive damaged, please contact us as soon as practicable. Please retain the original packaging.

Our delivery charges are calculated based on weight and delivery destination. You may find that you can lower the delivery charges by splitting your order. Please contact us for further information.

If your order exceeds 5kg, please call us on the number shown in the shipping selection box. You will be provided with a code you can use on the checkout page which will automatically calculate the delivery charge due. If you checkout without a delivery charge, we will invoice you the charges separately. 

 4. Our Products

Full descriptions of our products are given in our current catalogue. The products are suitable for the intended uses described.

  1. Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before despatch and up to 14 days after you have received the goods. We will respond confirming your cancellation. The date confirmed is the date the cancellation came into effect.

  1. Unforeseeable Problems

We will not be in breach of our obligation to you on the happening of any event beyond our reasonable control (e.g. industrial dispute or act of God) if this hinders or prevents our obligations to you.

  1. Our Agreement

An agreement is made between us once we receive and accept your order.
These terms and conditions, along with the product descriptions featured on this website, will govern our agreement. Our agreement and any related matters are governed by English law, and could as agreed be resolved by Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) or the Courts

Your statutory rights are not affected.
